Passage II :   Read and Rewrite

Write a summary of the passage in about 150 words with the help of the following questions.

1 Have you ever experienced morning panic?
2 What's the mess you have to face and what's the cause for it?
3 What's the advice to solve the problem?
4 How can you preplan your day?
5 What is the three-list arrangement?
6 Make a summary of how to get over the morning panic.

Key:

You may have experienced morning panic. When you come to the office in the morning, there is always a large pile of work. Everything needs to be finished and you can't even decide where to begin. You can't organize the mess at all. In fact, the cause for your morning panic is that you try to face this entire first thing at the same time. You haven't made a plan of action. My advice for you is to preplan your day. You divide your projects into three lists. Your A-list items are highest priority, your B-list items are less immediate, and everything else should be in the C-list. Each list is flexible and you can change the items at the end of the day. If you begin each day with a fresh plan of action, it will help you get over morning panic and you can get right down to work.
