———People’ health and fitness
The situation of Chinese people’s fitness
As we know, people of developed countries know how to keep healthy, how to have a balanced diet, how to lead a comfortable life, what about Chinese people? Now, more and more people have realized that health is the most important thing in life. We have the same opinion that if you’ll not do anything, maybe, you’ll lose your life. So Chinese people have begun to do many exercises, which are learned from other countries. And with the development of china, the situation is becoming better than before. It is possible for people to improve the material life because the economic system is becoming better. On the contrary, many people don’t know how to keep balance of diet and they have some bad habit. There are some other problems about health, such as overweight and disease.
How to keep fit in china
More and more people are not only satisfied with their material lives. They also want to have health in order to enjoy life. And different people groups have different ways.
I. Old people
They have their own ways. If you get up early, you ‘d see there are many old men and women on the street or in the park. Some of them walk along the road every morning; others run slowly and practice shadowboxing. Maybe many foreigners don’t know what shadowboxing is. It is a graceful movement which suits the old people.
II. Young people
They like going out to play games. At school, they have P.E. class. They can learn the skills of ball games from their teacher. In their spare time, most of girls like swimming. Boys like playing the exciting sports such as football and climbing. Many boys of western countries like skating, but some Chinese boys don’t have such conditions.
III. Women
In the society, women play roles as mother, daughter and homemaker. Women have more and more rights and better conditions to improve their fitness. They have realized the importance. Women have special ways to keep healthy. Some of them are able to attend woman clubs in order to lead a healthy and comfortable life. Many foreigners can’t understand why many old women like slapping their arms and legs in the park. This is a special exercise, which can improve blood circulation.
Problems
There are many problems with Chinese people’s health.
I. Overweight
Now, many people only think people should eat more delicious food. They don’t realize the importance of balance until they find their weight is increasing. Overweight only brings diseases, such as heart disease and diabetes. Most of people still don’t know how important the balance of diet is. In China, there are more and more plump people especially young people. Many of them are overweight. They like eating but hate sports. It hasn’t any benefit for their future.
II. Wrong ways to keep fit
According to the report of the government, in the past ten years, there are at least 1000 persons who are dead because of using the wrong ways to keep healthy.
Chinese people are making efforts to keep fit. We should believe that everyone could become healthy through correct ways. Let’ try out best to make the life happier.
